Judge instructions were to rely on the evidence - but the evidence the cw presented all points to Patrick. They have not proven their case beyond a reasonable doubt. IMO.

As someone who was part of a grand jury and the verdict was a hung jury, I was the one consistently rolling my eyes bc we had one juror that said “it’s not my place to judge guilty or not guilty” refusing to give an answer and another saying pretty much the same thing; it was beyond infuriating and not a thing could be done about it

No one could change my mind. there was no investigation and there's no proof that she did it. there's just tons of questions. so I don't know how 12 people are expected to agree. I'm sure some of them want someone held accountable regardless of if there was actually proof.

I knew we'd be deadlocked by Tuesday. I predicted this on Thursday last week. there is too much reasonable doubt. the prosecutors sucked! Lindsay is innocent. and it sucks that we might have a mistrial by tomorrow.

It’s not that long. Maybe they feel pressured to get it done because they’ve been through it for five weeks but I feel like the amount of hours they put in has not been enough to deliberate.
