ive read one book that resonates with your point and the term for that is level 1 leadership—it states that highly capable individual ≠ leaders. just because someone does their job well doesn't mean they're capable of leading. :)

This is tru. Back in my early 20s i was so frustrated kasi i was one of the top agents pero ayaw pumayag ng tl ko magapply ako for promotion. When i talked to her abt it, she told me i need to learn so much muna on how to manage people kase back then i dont have people skills much more yung management skills. Im so grateful for her

I wish I learned about this before stepping into leadership. It was tough navigating everything on my own, less direction nga dito hahah. Tama yung dapat may system. Part of growth as a leader talaga pag ganito na yung mindset. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
