@angie.schramm: Wait.. I did that?!👀⬇️ 65+ pounds lost. I can’t believe I can actually say that today. I’m currently in a deficit and I have been so close to hitting that milestone but hadn’t hit it yet & now I officially have 🥹 ahhhhh! I’ve done this completely naturally over the last couple years with just diet and exercise. I’ve honestly gained a lot more than I’ve lost though. I’ve gained discipline, determination, strength, confidence and a new lease on life. I think the wildest part of it all is I’m not done yet. I still have muscle mommy goals I want to reach and there is still more weight to be lost and more muscle to build. It’s kind of cool being in the middle of this journey and being able to share it online. It feels vulnerable, but it also feels really exciting. This is what sustainable weight loss has looked like for me: no quick fix, no starving myself, no starting over every Monday. Just learning how to take care of myself and keep going even when it’s not perfect. I’ve learned what it means to have phases of maintanance and phases of deficit without constantly living in a diet. I can’t believe I have lifted consistently in the gym for over 2yrs now too. Life is wild. 250lb Angie could not have dreamed of getting here.
