I agree and this is actually something Islam teaches too. We’re encouraged to pray and trust God, but we’re also expected to put in the effort. There’s a verse that says, “Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves” (13:11), and “there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives” (53:39). 🤍

this don’t include Christianity because the bible literally speaks about this that laziness or close mouths won’t get fed. those who work hard and pray on TOP will be blessed. God doesn’t give you things, he provides a way for you to obtain that thing that you are praying for. simple.
