she was nice, and she obviously tried to approach the issue with some tack. don't understand about neighbors dogs barking all damn night, it's annoying. And disruptive when someone is trying to bsleep. This is why ppl stay in subdivisions with a HOA. And most HOA'S suck, but at least they could address matters such as this
