I suffer from this, I have monthly eye injections in both eyes and laser surgery every every two months to keep on top of things. It’s extremely scary knowing that one day you won’t have any site at all.

As a type 2 diabetic been through rounds of laser treatment. Diagnosed in 2001 and at that time my Dr Tod me in 17 years I would need dialysis. Yes he nailed it. 2017 diagnosed end stage kidney failure and in 2018 17 years later began dialysis. The eyes are the windows to the kidney. That’s what he said when I asked him how.

yess i jus had surgery on both eyes an left eye detached retina but im doin better now tg as a type 1 diabetic ,aggressive form an a right leg amputation .😢😡😡
