There is no investigative judgement in the scriptures. That claim is a cover up of the 1843/1844 bungle. Instead of accepting we were wrong, we instead used Hiram Edson's cornfields tale as our coverup.

Would you agree with me that we as Adventists have been identified by the Sunday-keeping Adventists as Law preachers partly because of how some of us present Christ and the Law? l think the leadership of the church has more to consider and work out with regard to the preaching of Christ and the Law, and how we can project Christ in every doctrine we believe.

As a third-gen SDA, I have experienced bible truths not clearly presented or possibly my mind was in lala land, but I have questioned my conviction, faith and the SDA theological doctrines and praise God that His truth has shined even brighter. From my experience, many who have left is because they hardly pray and study God's word. Hardly serve others and sadly will beleive any wind of doctrines without testing them. My prayers are for those who have been hurt, those definitely need our love and attention.

This is such an important and balanced approach. As a Seventh-day Adventist, I am not afraid to examine what I believe, because truth should never fear investigation. If Adventism teaches something contrary to Scripture or diminishes Christ, I want to know—but accusations against Adventism should be examined just as carefully. Personal hurt and bad experiences within a church are real and should never be dismissed, but they are not by themselves the final test of doctrine. The question must always be, “What saith the Scripture?” I especially appreciate your willingness to examine the Sabbath, the investigative judgment, Ellen White, salvation, and our history honestly rather than caricaturing either side. Jesus must remain at the center. If a doctrine is true, it should lead us more clearly to Him, not away from Him. Thank you for approaching this subject with fairness and humility.

I have been seeing exactly what you have seen, what I've also seen is the majority of these people who have left are born or those who grew up their entire life as SDA, this is one of the most concerning thing for me because I came into the SDA church from my own personal self study and prompting of the Holy Spirit

I’m one of them….i left at 19 and gave my complete life to God through salvation based on Romans 10:9. SDA leave important things out. I love the people there but I pray for their soul.
