Sounds, energy, emotions, environments… they can feel like a lot. And I think this is such an important reminder: Your child is allowed to be sensitive. Sensitivity isn’t something we always need to correct, toughen up, or dismiss. Sometimes they simply need us to notice, understand, and respect what they’re experiencing.
