@marianedetera: In the other parts of Luzon, honestly it’s much worse. This is a #NLEXTrafficUpdate as of yesterday morning. It’s never fun to normalize these things, yes natural occurrence happens but not having floods that won’t subside and all. One year after, since the flood control issue BUT still nothing is happening. The situation just keeps on getting worse. We deserve better and resilience is not always the way to go for these kind of things.
