We’re not saying there was 0 investigation at all but it was not thorough and it was botched. If they allowed Patrick to get his DNA over an active crime scene and took his word for every detail that’s not a a proper investigation. Patrick said he took 2 steps into the room…ok so how did he know there was powder in her cup? How did he know it was medication? How did he know it was lemonade? They never tested anything in the cup. Why were there no fingerprints on the weapon almost as if it was wiped clean or a glove was used. How did she get to 82 degrees in 45 mins (never happened before) and revived the baby after an hour (1 in a million chance) and confess with a crushed thyroid and throat that only Patrick heard. And yes a lot of men cannot handle the emotional strain that comes with supporting 3 kids fully and a wife who is severely mentally ill or postpartum…? I have no issue with him loving on but LOVICALLY what woman would want to move in with a man she just met who lost his wife and kids a few months prior, and what man would want to date so quickly? Yes I think that’s suspicious, and that he didn’t cry at their funeral, or when testifying about finding them, and that he made them one shared grave, and that he signed a lease in NY a month before this happened, and that he changed his shoes and jacket while running an errand that took him 35 mins more than it should’ve…all suspicious…but I think he did it because of the scientific impossibilities that he is trying to incorporate in his retelling of events that make zero sense.

What hangs me up is why they wouldn’t release the 911 call or the body cam footage. Because it’s not out of respect for the family. They don’t care about that. We see evidence of this truth all of the time on the internet. The only reason I can think why none of that has been released is because it would sway the jury. That’s always the reason they withhold evidence, so each side has a fair chance when telling the story, no one gets an upper hand. Don’t you find it odd too that he met the cops when they arrived? That at one point he even sat down on the couch? You would think that ems would have found him with the babies, trying to resuscitate them himself, and begging first responders to please save them. You can say everyone grieves differently. Maybe he was in shock, idk. But don’t you think rehashing it all during this trial would make him emotional? I personally have not seen him show any emotion other than annoyance with the defense. You can say he’s gone to therapy and done so a lot. Even if you did all of the therapy in the world, you would still express emotions and cry about the unaliving of your children. That’s human. Therapy doesn’t make you emotionless. Ever.

The judge literally said that she plead not guilty and one of the options is not guilty. The judge refused to have a trial separating the case. You didn’t watch the trial

The jury is hung for a reason. There’s doubt. Some are turning doubt into delusion. Personally opinion, something doesn’t add up about the whole thing.

Girl believe it or not, they’ll STILL argue with this. It’s extremely concerning how willfully ignorant people CHOOSE to be. You can present them with facts and they’ll still make something up or make irrelevant correlations. They WANT this to be a conspiracy theory. It’s like talking to a wall with these people.
