I’m leaving my job that I love. I leave behind amazing colleagues and those were the best years of my life. However the new management destroyed everything turning a healthy environment in a toxic environment, not listening anybody and all of us are leaving one by one.

what sucks the most about my job is that I love it & my direct supervisors. but the higher ups don't care that I'm drowning. My supervisors can't do anything because they are drowning too.

Omg, this is so true. 6 months ago I left a job I had been at for 12.5 years and loved my job. It wore my down made me doubt myself and I had such low confidence - it took a friend a year to mentor me and guide me to a better place. I have found a job I am listened to and appreciated.
