Itโs not hard to understand. If your min monthly payment is $50 and you spend $500 and still only pay the minimum, it piles up. A lot of people only use credit cards for emergencies. Some emergencies are expensive. Like your car breaking down or ER visits. Soon youโre maxed out. It happens.

Everybody situation different, some people have to rely on credit cards and it puts them in a situation where they canโt pay that back right away

all it takes is one bad medical issue. even if you have insurance, you won't keep it if its attached to employment. 10 states have no medicaid expansion. 80% of the US is one bad accident away from homelessness.

Because I had like 4 different credit cards ranging from 3k-7k each ๐ฉ rents, groceries, bills etc then laid off so I couldnโt pay them back ๐คท๐ฟโโ๏ธ

Got extremely sick for over a year, had to use it for ER and doctor visits, couldnโt work so was using it for rent, couldnโt cook so constantly door dashing. They will continue to raise the limit because they want you to stay in debt and the interest is crazy high. Hope this helps

I have 13 credit cards including store cards. My credit score is 835 and I get approved easily because of that and my income being 6 figures. I carry balances but Iโm smart about it. I do a lot of balance transfer to pay them down at 0% rate.

Well I wassssss goodโฆ then my dad died so I was keeping the family afloat helping my siblings and mom because I was the only one working at that time and using CC but then covid hit so I was out of work ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธhad no job so I couldnโt afford to pay it back all this before 20 btw ๐ฎโ๐จ LIFE MAN
