Soy Sauce Mayak Eggs and marinated Pork Ingredients: 4 eggs, soft boiled ½ cup soy sauce (I used gluten-free) ¼ cup rice vinegar 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 stalk green onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp red chili flakes ½ tbsp cornstarch ¼ lb ground pork Green onions, chopped Directions: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, green onion, garlic, and red chili flakes, then add in the soft boiled eggs Cover and store in the fridge for 24-48 hours, then remove from the marinade In a pan on medium heat, mix the flour into the ground pork, then cook until brown and crispy Pour as much marinade on top as you like, then cook until thickened Serve with the marinated eggs, then top with the green onions Enjoy!! #mayakeggs #soysaucerecipes #trendingfoods #viralrecipes
