Try this next time for your "bread": Mix: 1 cup mashed sweet potato + 1 large egg until smooth. Stir in: 1–1½ cups crushed simple mills cracker+ pinch salt until a soft dough forms. Shape: Divide and pat into even ½"-thick patties. Air fry: 375°F for 10–15 min, flipping halfway, until golden and firm.

Jenny, I saw that turkey at Costco (cuz I was looking for it because I was influenced - by you). It had a strange whitish ring on the outside of the pieces. I think I saw that on the pieces you put on the sandwich. What are your thoughts on that? I was afraid it was old or bad.
