Did the product listed on the tag MATCH the item ( ie correct name/number of rolls etc)? Sometimes customers only read the price and not the item description. If it matched, yes make it right. If not, probably wouldn’t make it right.

Kroger worker here! We’re told (by corporate) if the price difference is under $20 that we, as associates, can “make it right” and honor it. Store manager is def in the wrong

They put it in the wrong place mistakes happen all the time but that doesn’t mean they have to give it with the price of the other merchandise common you are just creating an issue for the manager over an innocent mistake.

Corporate don’t give a damn. If you came there for a sale, you know what the sales ad said so you know what you were going to get so why would you go into the store and expect that you’re gonna get more just because it was accidentally put in the wrong place? Times have really changed back in the day when the economy wasn’t in the state that it’s in that kind of stuff could fly. In today’s economy ain’t no way a store is gonna honor a price of something in the wrong place especially something with that large of a quantity difference.
