True! When young, I used to get “hunger” headaches. My older family members all had skin tags, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. In my 30’s+, skin tags began showing up, and by 50, high cholesterol and A1c of 5.7 at the highest. So, yes, it was always there.😅

My parents were both Type II diabetics. I swore I’d never let that happen to me. My A1C has never been above 5.5. I hated seeing all their complications.

My A1c which only gets tested if your regular glucose panel is high for the most part, was 5.0 -5.3 most of my life. Only age 67 did it go up to 5.7. Use metformin.
