Can someone look into this: A defense lawyer cannot lie or intentionally mislead a prosecutor to get a better plea deal. Under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 4-4.1, a lawyer is prohibited from knowingly making a false statement of material fact or law to a third person.

You know the call about the autopsy when Kristi wanted to see all the pix and then stood and stared at DD’s brain, I’m sure in her mind she was laughing about it.. I’m sure she was happy that she was finally gone.
