I’ve been reading Amor Fati: Love your Destiny in the evenings, and somehow these little quotes keep meeting me right where I am. Tonight’s especially did. I had literally been talking about this very thing with my cousin and a friend earlier today. That’s part of why I love this book so much. I don’t just read the quotes and close the book. A lot of nights, I let one become the beginning of my evening pages. Not necessarily a question to answer, just somewhere to begin. Sometimes we don’t need to go searching for the perfect journal prompt.
