I totally agree on the quality ! I love lamb but I would find it hard to justify £4.40 for 1 lamb chop I’d want about 3 of those and £13.20 for three lamb chops would be a bit pricey !

the thing is I think most of us totally agree with you but a lot of people can't afford butchers meat especially if you buy a lot of meat each week so people will buy supermarket meat just because of the price difference 👍

what he neblver tells you in his videos is if folk stopped buying in supermarkets and went to local butchers you would then also end up buying a cheaper meat as they don't have the man hours to break down or the supply of animals for the demand 👏👏👏 tell ya friends

I recall you Sir. I lived up the road from you at Lawson way in 2011. I really enjoyed your hand cut lamb meat. I miss it now that I am in the US. Your quality was superb. I am sure it still is.
