NTA. It does ruin the fun when one person wins constantly, even though it's not that big of a deal. And it would probably be better for team morale if different people won!

Create a policy where a winner cannot play/win for the following 30 days. It eliminates someone constantly pulling winnings from everyone else and actually works better for team building since it gives everyone a fair chance.

They most likely are cheating with AI but you can't prove it. I do think that something should be brought up to the boss. Not the cheating perse but that because it's trivia that it's a possibility that people could be using AI for the answers and nobody has any way of knowing especially if they win a lot. Maybe do different games instead of trivia or do more like lightning trivia where they have 5 seconds to answer.

the real simple task would be to ask them the same questions in any other context. if they suddenly don't know the answer to the very questions they were able to answer previously, that would certainly stand out. another alternative would be to have them answer the questions while on camera and with their hands fully visible.

Should be a monthly prize and you can only win one month a year (or six months depending on the size of their team). It could also be where each time you win you get your name in a drawing and the winner for the money is picked by drawing the name.
