I had an interviewer ask me how I would describe the color yellow to a blind person. I was so caught off guard. I said I would have to consult the internet for advice on how to do so (which i feel like if I dont know that would be a good research start) that was the question that blew that interview for me. I'm glad now in hindsight bc wtaf

that's what we call a leading question. very predatory. it's the companies way of holding aomrthing over you to, say, not offer you as much pay as they were originally offering.

I had a teacher tell my class that if asked our biggest weaknesses to rephrase it back at the interviewer as our "greatest challenges" and spin our weaknesses as strengths. Example: My greatest challenge is time management because when I set into the work groove, I stay focused and will lose track of time while giving it my all to my work.

I would start whit short but precise flattery of the company/job oportunity. (Showing I did my reaserch and that I'm exited and loyal.) Then I would go whit "I would think you only had excellent candidates to choose from, and this time someone else got the job. I'd be happy for them. And continue applying to interesting job opportunities"
