I can’t tell you I’m better than every other candidate because I haven’t worked with them. What I can tell you is what you’ll get from me. I show up, I learn fast, and I take responsibility for my work. If I make a mistake, I own it and fix it. If I don’t know something, I’ll ask, learn it, and make sure I know it the next time. You won’t have to constantly follow up with me to make sure something got done. If you give me responsibility, I take it seriously. I think that kind of reliability is what I’d bring to your team. 💯

I really hate these stupid work places. They want these in depth questions to work at a minimum wage job. "Just be honest" you dont want honesty. You want this made up BS about how much they love the company and believe they will excel working there. No one cares about the company. Everyone needs a job to survive and these interviews are so draining.

As a Director who hires I would see through this. I want an authentic answer because most people who interview this well make me look at their resume to see who I know from their past jobs, because NOW I’m suspicious!!!
