I think washing hair every 2-3 days is perfect. I do that too, and my hair is so healthy and I have reversed my hair from damaged to healthy , by doing that ❤️vi don’t think it works for everyone, but I think it works for the hair type we have 🥰

It’s so shinyyyyy. It looks so soft! I wash every 2-3 days too. I like to let mine air dry till it’s damp & then finish drying it - I never EVER sleep on it wet no matter how tired I am. I also only style after I’ve washed it, loose curls that usually hold till next wash. I’ve been blonde like 6 years now & I don’t really find it’s that much work to keep it healthy
