CRAZY FACT THEY NEVER FILLED it ONCE. I still don’t have it!!! Called today and well got no real answer. The refill went in 8 days ago.

first text says will be filled..... that means being processed.... second text says they had to partial it because they did not have enough to fill her whole order... if those text were read right it makes sense

I've never had that happen but I am having a issue with a local pharmacy that I don't know how to solve. they do not contact me when a medication is ready at all. like I have the app so I can see but I shouldn't need that and they do have my number

I couldn’t get my pharmacy to refill my Clonazepam (105 tablets per month) because they said it was too early to fill it. Pharmacist told me it was a 35-day refill. I said it’s a 30-day refill, and I will run out of meds if I have to wait an extra 5 days. Pharmacist didn’t seem to care that I would run completely out of a prescription medication that shouldn’t be abruptly stopped and can potentially cause me to have seizures, and I would be put in an Anxiety, Agoraphobia & Panic Disorder CRISIS! Pharmacist kept arguing with me and treating me like a drug seeking addict. He could have just looked up my previous refills on the computer. I said it’s a 30-day refill, 105 tablets, 3 & 1/2 per day. He said yeah that’s 35 days! I said no, that’s 30 days. On and on. I literally had to do the math for him 105 / 30 =3.5. He was like oh I guess you’re right. I’ve only been talking this med for decades, but what do I know. 🤦🏻♀️

robbing Peter to pay Paul should be ILLEGAL AF especially meds that have ALREADY been assigned to a patient as should marking it ready for pick up & not there.. id report them to DEA, SAG office. A due fill date is just that date I MUST be filled by period

I've had this happen to me too. I've also been told one of my meds wasn't covered when I just got a PA for my last fill. I canceled it, reordered, and it went through fine.

we've had an issue at my walgreens where the system will send out a ready text at the computer system's "promised time" rather than when it's actually ready. it's caused many many angry patients that i have to bend over backwards apologizing for. its awful.

I tried to get my inhaler for over a month and it could never be in stock. my doctor said try Amazon. I set up a new account and he sent it over. it was delivered to my doorstep 2 days later. this was cvs and I've been on it for years.

that’s why i left walgreens, every 3 months without fail and always the same med… xeralto… get a text it’s ready for pick up and if i’m lucky i’d have 10 pills and they would send me across town to get the rest…. and charge my co pay both times

this has happened to me a couple times. I go and they have always got mine fixed in 10 to 15 min. I wouldn't call it a common theme.

I switched pharmacies partially because of that reason. I used to use Walgreens all the time and then after Covid they cut their staff. They cut their hours. My medication wasn’t there when I needed it to be and it took days to fill things. Now I go to a private pharmacy and they also deliver for free. I’m not sure why I waited so long to do it.
