And who accesses it, need to be someone that are not part of the greeley p d we're weld county sheriff's department or the city of greeley, it needs to be citizens of that county and of that town holding those agencies accountable, not people that are part of that system

I think the public would be more open to flat cameras if you were also letting them know that you were using it in internal affairs to track behaviors of cops partaking in criminal activities then maybe the public might have more open to it if they knew the sword cut both ways
