Sidetrack :
The fact that those answers have AM and PM labeled means they are using a 12 hour clock. Otherwise if using a 24 hr time then 11:59pm would be 23:59 which doesn’t need an AM or PM label because 23:59 will always be night time. So since there’s AM and PM in the answers then all of the answers are correct.
