I’ve been training for my first Hyrox for 4 1/2 months, watching your videos constantly and I ruptured my achilles last Thursday… just had surgery yesterday. 😭😭😭😭 My Hyrox is 2 1/2 weeks away…. I’m heart broken! 💔 😭

I’m signed up for my first women’s doubles in November at Dallas and I didn’t even know what Hyrox was until about 3 months ago 😬 I don’t care much about time I just want to finish it. I’m excited but terrified too lol

Your excitement has always been so contagious. I needed to hear this because I signed up for a solo and doubles back to back days. Now I am thinking maybe I should sell one of my tickets because what if I don't make it and what if I over committed. Now listening to you I feel I have this. 💪🏽I am going to achieve two races in one weekend cause I am capable and I have 12 Weeks to still train. 😜💪🏽😉
