Roguish Tea🍵 :
This was at Lakeview middle school yesterday. A student fought a teacher and the teacher didn’t hold back. Mind u, this same student brought a gun to the school last year and is still there.

The fact a kid that brought a gun to school is allowed back tells me all I need to know. OCPS is a joke.

Not saying that person will be allowed anywhere but it’s actually not up to that school…it is Kelly Education that makes that call.

Lakeview Middle needs to be under a microscope! Mrs Booher was charging male students money so they wouldn't have to be written up. And the principal did nothing. There are fights there almost everyday, kids take videos and post it on a tiktok page. The Hvac/ac didnt work a few years back and the students were still held in class with doors and windows closed. It was insane.

So when will school systems start holding these children and parents accountable because a student shouldn’t get so many passes to be a problem on campus!

Tbh it’s been happening. It was “misconduct” with a teacher at Lake Buena Vista High school they didn’t do anything to him either. Didn’t get a text message or email about it either… looks familiar @Lake Buena Vista High

As a sub, this stuff makes me soooo angry. I work so hard to professionally connect with the students at my school and with admin. If you're not willing to do that, don't sign up for the job!! This is why I haven't had a day off since school started because they can't trust just anyone

I am taking the teachers side in most cases of fighting. In this specific case I would have a lawsuit against OCPS if I was that teacher.
