I'm a home care nurse now, and it's the loud TV for me. Immediately asking for that to be turned down, cannot continue if I can't hear anything. I don't understand why they don't automatically turn it down if someone arrives?!

I keep getting notifications from your posts and I just wanted to let you know how much you helped me while my dad was dying. I feel so comforted knowing I had you and you don't even know me! he passed 8/31/26 from Glioblastoma after 22 month long battle and would have been 63 on September 4th. His Service was this past Saturday and the overflow of people spilled and filled up the lobby. His name was Stephen Wayne Cos. Will post a fun video of him about 5 years ago in comments if I can. He was such a fun guy. You were a true blessing to me and my family through all of this. Thank you, Chelsea Cox

I live in Arizona and it was hot houses dying ppl always keep their house 90 flipping degrees just to go get in your car thats a million degrees 😑

Nurse Julie, my wife just passed from cancer. During hospice in the hospital the kept increasing her Dilaudid drip from 1mg/hr up to 4mg/hr. I’m concerned that they did that because she wasn’t passing fast enough. Her HR was 90 , breathing 4/minute and oxygen sat 80%. She lasted 13 hours once they started the drip. Did the do anything wrong ? Appreciate your honesty
