today i got a written notice of discipline for being 2 mins late 4 times in 3 months. never mind all the days i came early and stayed late. mind you everyone else in my department comes and goes whenever and theres always am excuse. 🙏

I work for a very racist Muslim private school. I obey the school dress code but other non Muslim teacher get away with so much that I ended up writing a grievance letter and pointed all of it out. Nothing changed but now they don't pick on me as much
