This is honestly something that scares me. I’m hoping to get a major in business administration to join a management position later on in life. I’m book smart and do get good grades, I just struggle with networking and talking confidently.

One thing I would like to add is: People cultivate opportunities through other people. The way to gain career insights is via others with more experience. Group leaders in projects will move mountains for the young talent they like. Referrals, internships, etc… Be kind to people.
