I can’t imagine being on this jury. Did she do it? Maybe. I’m not saying she’s innocent but “maybe” isn’t enough to send someone to prison. If there’s reasonable doubt, I couldn’t vote guilty. That’s such a heavy decision when someone’s freedom is on the line.

At the end of the day 3 little lives lost , and she is paralyzed, confined to wheelchair and has to live with the idea she killed her children . Health care system FAILED her!!

I am very torn. In 3 years why hasn’t she said maybe I didn’t do this. Maybe my husband did this. Very confused with the holes in the investigation.

For sure a hung jury! I’m a paralegal and if I ever had the misfortune of needing a jury (innocent people are convicted too) I would waive my right and opt for a bench trial.

I was on a jury in a murder trial. I hated half the people on the jury by the end. The foreman was a bossy old man. It was awful arguing endlessly.

The lack of investigation is driving me mad…everything is based on “Patrick said”. How is that enough?? There are too many questions and his behavior is weird. I’m sorry but yes I’d look at allllll of that as a juror. There is doubt within this case. Soo much doubt. I feel for them 😑
