refinanced in 2021 from a 2014 rate, went from a 30 yr rate to 15 yr rate, payment dropped almost $300 , maybe one of ur videos convinced me to drop escrow so now making an additional 1k monthly payment to principal. That $3500 property and homeowners insurance is 😭😭😭
