Ik those canisters are probably pricey, a cheaper alternative could be to hand whisk heavy cream and store them in this. Im a barista and that’s how we make/store our cold foam

For those asking: you can get this texture a few ways: mix 40/50 nonfat and heavy cream instead of all heavy and just charge like normal. You can also use half and half and a whipping powder, like Bossen. That makes gorgeous foam.

how do you use less of a cartridge. ALSO try a pancake dispenser bottle you froth (use a food mixer with whisk) it pour it in the bottle. shake and pour pour each one. the cost of the co2 is expensive

I feel like your cold foam is just flaccid whip cream. it looks delicious but it seems like coffee shops are just putting flavored whipped cream on everything. at home i got blender with a cold foam plate so I can just my blender

I get that cold foam is just flaccid whipped cream but it most definitely transforms a drink and acts completly different than whipped cream. its literally a foam that you drink yhe coffee though. it makes it creamy and adds LOADS of flavor as you drink.
