As someone who has low credit yet 7 years of great rental history, no evictions, no unpaid rent/utilities, no criminal background, etc & just got approved for a voucher. Im about to start applying but as a landlord Do you think landlords are going to simply see the low credit & run 😭 lol im asking because these application fees are too high to just be applying for no reason 😂

I’ve been a Section 8 tenant (bought the house) then bought another property and used Section 8 (tenants was horrible) the woman was taken off the program because of how she left my property and I complained.

My mom always did section 8 but when they were late she put in the contract of additional late fee and they PAID it!

Section 8 is great consistent money but the quality of the tenants are usually not that great especially in ATL (location dependent) Every property my family owns is on section 8 and that’s been the same case at every house. If you can handle the bs that might come then do it cause the money is always gonna come.
