I get the ramp isn’t working and the bus should not be in service without a working ramp but holding up the whole bus when the driver repeatedly said he has called control several times - what else do you expect him

He’s contacted control. Another bus is coming. The ramp isn’t working. Calling control again is pointless. You’re holding up the bus and other people. Yes it should be out of service but if it stopped working AFTER he took it out then there’s nothing to be done. He’s not then going to put it out of service.

so not only have you cost every single passenger their fare, but also wasted the entire bus loads time, and most likely made the bus behind too full to even carry them. all for what? your own personal vendetta. there’s a way to protest, but on everyone else’s time isn’t right.

i get this argument 100% but don't wheelchair users get very high PIP payment each month that is made to make day to day life easier (such as travel) cant wheelchair users use part of the PIP payment to pay for a taxi....? 🤷🏻♀️it would be so much easier for them...
