So yes she had help in some ways. But she did try to get mental health help more than once, and was turned away or sent away. Her husband fired the baby sitter while knowing she as struggling. And she didn’t send away her husband. They got food out. She wrote everything in her journals and never detailed this. And nobody is just casually going through past partum psychosis without medical treatment and not setting off alarms for everyone.
