Yeah no. As a professional ex barman. You are wrong. Pouring at 45 degree angle is the way you do it then right at the end you turn glass up straight and keep pouring which oxegemtaes the carbonated drink and created the head. That means it's been oxegenated which means, less bloat.

I split the difference. Start out at 45, the last third I go aggressive. Releases a lot of carbonation, but not flat, and not as much head to wait on.

The only way it would do that in your stomach is if you chug it. If you drink it normal then the 45 is the right way.

The right way is actually number 2 at the beginning and after half a glass tilt back the glasse straight and end with number 1, try even to poor it a bit higher
