I got up to 40 a few times . I was liking 30 and was doing this for a couple months but then it stared giving me a headache every time I would pin . Idk why. So went back down to 20 🤷🏻♀️

I started on 10mg/day. I didn’t feel anything but I think it gave me diarrhea so I stopped taking it. I want to try again but I’m scared! I don’t know for sure if it was the nad+ but the diarrhea stopped after I wasn’t taking it for a couple days.
