@andreamarcellusofficial: WHAT ARE THE BEST CONDIMENTS FOR WEIGHT LOSS? I would always rather you make your own condiments and salad dressings when you can. You’ll have complete control over the ingredients, and most are much easier to make than people realize. But real life gets busy, so when making your own isn’t realistic, there are a few store-bought options I recommend leaning on. Hot sauce is one of my favorite condiments for weight loss. Look for a simple ingredient list with vinegar, peppers and seasonings. Chili peppers contain capsaicin, which may help support fullness and metabolic function. Adding hot sauce is also an easy way to make the same simple protein and vegetable meal taste completely different. For mayonnaise, look for one made with avocado oil or olive oil and without unnecessary added sugar. For salad dressing, my first choice is always homemade. Combine red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar with olive oil, Dijon mustard and your favorite seasonings. If you need bottled salad dressing or want more flavor without making it yourself, @Primal Kitchen Foods and @Chosen Foods are two brands to look for. Both offer options made with avocado oil and simple, higher-quality ingredients. And barbecue sauce? Check the label carefully. Many contain several different sources of added sugar. That doesn’t mean you can never enjoy barbecue sauce at a restaurant or family gathering—it simply may not be the best choice for an everyday condiment at home. Sustainable weight loss does not require bland food or perfect choices. It’s about creating simple daily habits that support your goals while still making your meals enjoyable. Save this for your next grocery trip.

You missed an opportunity with the barbecue sauce. I literally recognized sugar-free barbecue sauce, options on the shelf behind you that you walked right by. The G Hugh’s brand is my favorite. Some are also spicy, which is a plus for sure.
