Transmeds don't understand that gender incongruity does not immediately mean that someone will have dysphoria. but its also really important to point out the way you're describing dysphoria in the poll is harmful. The dysphoria comes from distress that one's body does not look the way it should, at least to their mind. which is also why puberty was so stressful for ME as a kid, as a trans man who does experience dysphoria. It's not a HATE for your body. it's an intense discomfort revolving certain parts of it that HRT and gender affirming surgeries soothe. I don't see myself as a woman. I see myself as a man 100%. But these parts of my body that are considered more feminine cause me a lot of distress because they don't feel like they belong on my body.

It was so bad that I just stopped seeing my body as my own. Like nah I’m a dude and my body’s the cute little fem I’m piloting. Also why I present so femininely since I don’t see it as me dressing to express myself, but me dressing to fill an aesthetic I want.
