I took a selfie every morning to track my diet. Although previously I did once before for a month, but this time it’s different. Firstly, the goal was to be as lean as possible for my cosplay fitness competition @inbasingapore . For those who don’t know, when your body fat % hits below 10%, the difficulty to cut down by just 1% increases exponentially. Of course there are still cheat days 1-2 times a week to keep me sane🤣 that’s why there’s inconsistent this 38 days. Dieting to me is never a linear curve because it’s a lifestyle, a habit. Thats my secret to looking like this all year round. Secondly, to my dear friend @decks.k @ironlion_sg , here’s my 30 days challenge done! Haha sorry I did it in secret 🤣 I think I did my best, though the visual difference is very slight, it’s more of the mental gains. My discipline grew slightly more, my health definitely improved due to the healthy food I consumed. For me It’s never about comparing to others, I won this battle against myself, the temptation, the focus. It’s in the bag, and now I have another hardship memory to look back to and propel me further in the future. I highly recommend you do this, for yourself. Okay now I can finally eat something flavourful 😂 I created a list of all the food I want to eat after the competition. Ps. Should I continue this for 365 days?
