Hi, this is unrelated but in your videos I noticed that you get a less amount of milk pumped on one side than the other, and that used to happen to me but I saw somewhere “do you really have a less producing side or are you measuring one side for your flange and using it for both sides” I don’t know if it would help but maybe both your flange sizes are not the same. I’m just putting my 2 cents in 😭

I’ve been waiting for a video like this! Do you have to use PTO for pump breaks? Or take a 15 min pump break and if you exceed the 15 minute you have to clock out and then use your PTO? I hope that makes sense? Because at my previous job this was what I had to deal with!

this happened with my first and I didn't know my rights so I just went along with it. I was told I could only pump twice a day for a maximum of 15 minutes, the same breaks everyone else gets so its fair. I would be so engorged by lunch and at the end of the day.

I think pumping and breastfeeding is a beautiful thing. its nothing sexual or dirty. its biological. and it cant be helped. so someone who isn't you and especially a man cant say shit to you about your pumping unless its a dr helping you with your heath. I hope your OK now and don't take shit from people who don't know shit about pumping

tell them if they also need to pump they're protected under the act as well, so if they'd like the extra pump breaks they can start breastfeeding too 🤣

This 100% happened to me. My manager was very young and had no idea!!!! They went to HR. not me. HR called me in and said they they ever say anything to come right to them in HR and let them know. When the office found out what my manager did. They (all men). We’re so mad at him!
