I always thought I was getting up because I had to pee but nope I was waking up and that natural instinct to pee would kick in. sleep through the night completely with my machine

I just stopped with that mask I felt like I was being suffocated. I’m trying nasal pillows now. Girl I’m struggling so bad 🥺 I find myself ripping it off my face in the middle of the night. Any tips are greatly appreciated!!

yes, I love that option but takes away from CPAP score. I always aim for 100, but it I get up more than once or take my pup out extra it knocks down my score...not much but that's just me 🤣

I am 5 ish months into my CPAP journey, and on my 3rd Mask , Ive tried one thats little nodes up my nose - that gave me sores, next they gave me one that was a mini mask over my nose - the sizing of=f them didn’t work for me, one too big one too small, so now I have a nasal cushion one -it finally fits around my nose, but is uncomfortable to sleep in and my partner says my snoring is worse again in this mask :(

surprisingly I don't get up at often now that I wear a mask. still a work in progress but I'm hoping to sleep through an entire night soon

I have a Dreamware full face and have been happy. It’s all silicone so easy to wash and I love the hose connection on the top.
