remember, when using a torque wrench, tighten to one click only, getting that second click is over tightened.

Torque limiter technically speaking. A torque limiter automatically slips or breaks away at a set limit to prevent over-tightening, whereas a standard torque wrench measures and indicates when a specific torque value is reached but relies on the user to stop applying force.
