@_red_pilled_: A Utah judge has ruled there is enough probable cause for Tyler Robinson to stand trial in the killing of Charlie Kirk. Judge Tony Graf pointed to extensive physical evidence prosecutors say links Robinson to the crime, including DNA recovered from multiple parts of the rifle and DNA found on a screwdriver recovered at the scene. Prosecutors also presented tool-mark evidence they say connects items recovered from Robinson’s residence to ammunition associated with the rifle. The judge concluded the evidence supports a reasonable belief that Robinson was the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk. Now the case moves forward to trial, where prosecutors will still have to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt. Robinson faces aggravated murder charges and could face the death penalty if convicted. #JusticeForCharlieKirk #CharlieKirk #TylerRobinson #JusticeMatters #CourtWatch
