Prosecutors also presented tool-mark evidence they say connects items recovered from Robinson’s residence to ammunition associated with the rifle. The judge concluded the evidence supports a reasonable belief that Robinson was the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk. Now the case moves forward to trial, where prosecutors will still have to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.
