Literally my entire grad program I felt like I was the odd one out I had like no clue what I wanted to do or how I wanted to do it and everyone else seems so established and low-key. I felt like that through a lot of of it but I graduated and defended successfully, so you knowwe’re all good. We all got the same degree lol

I want you to know dr Erin I got a 80% on a test I studied really hard for and I was sad about it and I heard your voice say ‘you didn’t walk into the class knowing 80% of the material, that’s great!!!’ and I felt so much better after. You’re wonderful and your students were lucky to have you!

This has been the most anxiety ridden week I’ve had in a long time… I know it will pass but man is it an adjustment! I told my cohort in my practicum class after my professor asked how we’re doing and I said “I need a cigarette” 😂😭😭😭

My PhD orientation had little workshops, and the first one I chose was about imposter syndrome 💀. It was PACKED. (My I’m at a major university, so my grad school orientation was larger than my undergraduate graduation.)
