Stuffed Biscuits & Gravy 🥐 If you ever have leftover sausage gravy, DO NOT throw it away. Make these instead. They’re basically biscuits and gravy turned into a handheld breakfast and ridiculously easy to make. You’ll need: • Leftover sausage gravy • Flaky layers biscuits • Melted butter Directions: 1. Spoon your leftover sausage gravy into a mini silicone muffin pan and freeze until completely solid. 2. Pop out your little frozen gravy pucks. If you’re not making the biscuits right away, transfer them to a freezer bag and keep frozen until you’re ready. 3. Separate a flaky layers biscuit through the middle and gently open it up. 4. Place one frozen gravy puck in the center, then bring the biscuit back together and pinch the edges really well to completely seal the gravy inside. 5. Brush the tops with melted butter. 6. Bake according to the biscuit package directions, adding a little extra time if needed, until the biscuits are puffed, golden brown and cooked through. **To freeze:** Let the baked biscuits cool completely, then store them in the freezer for quick breakfasts later. **To reheat:** Wrap one frozen biscuit in a paper towel and microwave for about 40 seconds, or until warmed through. Microwave times can vary, so add a few extra seconds if needed. And now you have biscuits and gravy you can literally grab on your way out the door. 🙌 #BiscuitsAndGravy #StuffedBiscuits #BreakfastIdeas #EasyBreakfast #BreakfastMealPrep #MakeAheadBreakfast #LeftoverIdeas #FreezerBreakfast #BreakfastRecipes #EasyRecipes
