I still wear diapers but my mom actually had to because she tried potty training me until she just gave up. My mom is actually a good parent btw and she's been through actual trauma.

When I was in sixth grade a girl who was already not very popular asked to go the bathroom and was denied. She peed he pants in her desk and started crying. I felt horrible for her and I think about that incident all the time. I think it’s why I hate authority so much.

Teachers are so rude sometimes one time I bleed through a tampon within the hour and I could feel myself leaking and I was like I gotta go and she wouldn’t let me I literally have to tell her in front of everyone what was wrong

As someone who’s also struggled with chronic UTI’s, I’m pregnant and plan on informing the schools my daughter attends that if they deny her a bathroom trip I will rain hell upon them😌 because I also was denied the bathroom and peed my pants and it was horrific

Don’t worry girl fifth grade and sixth grade. I also had to wear a diaper. It was bad but I had a bladder issue and my parents refused to get me any help.

I asked a teacher to go to the bathroom. first time starting my period had white pants on. she told me no. so I stood up turned around and said "I wont sit in blood ill take my pants off right here." I have no shame.

I tell my twin 11 year old daughters if their teachers say no just walk out. Unless they are abusing going to the bathroom they should always be allowed, no questions asked.

I’m so sorry :( I have chronic UTI’s too but my mom always let me stay home. I know this doesn’t make what happened to you any better, but I work in the school system now, and in the elementary school I work at, schools/teachers have drastically changed their bathroom policies from when we were kids. You deserved better, all kids deserve better. I hope more schools are taking steps in the right direction.

I had a teacher follow me to bathroom because she thought I was doing something wrong because I peed the same time every day.... Im so sorry. I told my kids to just go and I'll defend them no matter what!
