The fact that avoidants know how it feels to be rejected and still choose to do it to others is SO SELFISH ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

So if your a DA is 100 percent cuz the parents of childhood trauma? Is the same for a FA childhood trauma. Because we all go through trauma and don’t act like this

Can you go into more detail as to why DAs are like this? Like specific examples of what they might have gone through? I’m tired of living with DA husband

How about now? If you were to get into a relationship, how differently would you feel regarding the same situations that happened before?

I’ve never experienced such a lose lose situation. The only move that makes sense is to let them be and move on unfortunately.

I don't like how the advoidants get all the hate. I feel that being really clingy and insecure as a problem. A lot of people just won't accept boundaries

This is painful to hear. I wish more DAs spoke about their patterns with compassion for the people who loved them and were hurt by them. Self-awareness means very little if it does not also create empathy for the pain you caused.

I’d like your perspective on something my ex (FA) , said during our last goodbye.
Although we had just agreed that we wouldn’t see or communicate with each other anymore, we both on last words naturally said, “See you.” He then added “ the heart spoke”, implying that “See you” was something his heart wanted to say, even if we are going on seperate ways.
How would you interpret that? Especially considering that the breakup happened during a very stressful period in his family life and by his choice?
